Training & Support

How do I register my team for Volt training?

You can register through the Training page in the Partner Portal. Submit your business name, team size, and preferred training date, and a Volt representative will confirm availability.

Is on-site or virtual training available?

Both options are available. Volt offers in-person sessions for installation partners and virtual modules for design and technical teams. On-site sessions may be subject to travel availability and scheduling.

Who do I contact for technical questions during installation or design?

How do I align projects with Open Solar/Pylon/Solar Plus design tools ?

Warranty & Quality

How do I register a project for warranty coverage?

Once installation is complete, log into the portal and submit the Warranty Registration Form. Upload commissioning documents and proof of installation to activate the warranty.

What’s the process for submitting a warranty claim or replacement request?

Submit a Warranty Claim through info@volt-tile.com, including the product serial number, installation date, and issue description. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 5–10 business days.

How does Volt ensure quality control across roofing and electrical integration?

All Volt systems are designed for integrated roofing performance. Certified installers and roofers are trained in the correct installation sequence, and every system is inspected for electrical safety, waterproofing, and aesthetic finish prior to handover.

What’s the process for coordinating with Volt, roofers, and installers on shared projects?

Volt facilitates coordination once a project is approved. Our team connects with your nominated roofer, installer, and builder to align on scheduling, delivery, and installation standards to ensure a seamless outcome.

How do I request design assistance or system layout support?

Submit your request to info@volt-tile.com. Include roof plans or drawings, and our design team will provide layout guidance and inverter pairing recommendations within 2 business days.

What’s the best way to ensure integration with other trades on site?

Early collaboration is key. Share Volt’s Roof Integration Guide with all trades and ensure communication flows through the designated site contact. Volt can participate in coordination meetings if required.

(International) Outside of Australia

What support does Volt provide to international partners during installation or training?

Volt offers remote training and onboarding for international partners, along with access to all technical documentation, design resources, and live virtual sessions. In select regions, Volt may coordinate with local representatives or distributors.

How are international warranties and claims handled?

International warranty claims follow the same process as Australian projects, managed via info@volt-tile.com. Additional shipping or handling times may apply depending on region.
